Shipping and warranty

Applicable to VIVANT Taiwan official website to purchase products. If the product is not purchased from the official website, please contact the original purchase channel for processing.

Instructions for returns and exchanges:

1. Please unpack and inspect the product within 24 hours after receiving it. If there is any damage, defect or inconsistent product, please email: Info@vivantwine.com.tw within 48 hours to request an exchange. Please attach order information, name, contact number, product number, description of defects, and photos of defect details.

After confirming the defect, we will contact you to confirm the delivery address. Please keep the original packaging and accessories properly and wait for the delivery personnel to pick up the items and arrange replacement.

* Product defect standards: - If the shape, smell or function does not meet expectations, it is not a product defect - Color difference is not a product quality problem, as different monitor settings may vary. - Goods that are damaged, scratched or contaminated due to external force and affect secondary sales will not be returned or exchanged.

2. . Seven-day appreciation period: After receiving the product, you will have a 7-day "appreciation period" ( The date of receipt is the first day (including holidays, not the "trial period"). Please keep the complete packaging. Products that have been used or have signs of use, damage or loss on the outer packaging and accessories will not be returned or exchanged.

Warranty Description - Applicable to Venus and Titan

We provide the following warranty for the VIVANT Selection - Titan and Venus electronic wine servers purchased from the VIVANT Taiwan official website or authorized channels (the product warranty period is calculated from the date of product purchase. After receiving the product, please scan the QR code on the card to log in to product registration for protection Warranty service) Warranty against manufacturing and material defects under normal use; 2 years for the wine server and 1 year for the battery. If the product requires warranty repair, please provide complete order information, problem description and photos. The warranty does not cover the following:

The VIVANT Limited Warranty does not cover the following:

Unauthorized product modification or repair.
Failure or damage not caused by defects in materials or workmanship (e.g., user-caused damage).
Normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage.
Theft, loss, or environmental damage (e.g., water damage).

Warranty Service Shipping

Customers are responsible for the transportation costs of sending the product that needs repair back to VIVANT for warranty service. VIVANT will bear the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product back to the customer.

How to apply for warranty

If your product malfunctions under warranty, please contact VIVANT Customer Support for assistance: info@vivantwine.com.tw . Please include your order number and proof of purchase (receipt) in the email. The customer support team will guide you through the warranty claim process.

It is recommended to keep your purchase receipt for warranty purposes.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address.
