How long can the battery be used at a time?
Answer: Depending on the room temperature and wine bottle, the use time will be affected. When fully charged, it can be used for about 3 hours at room temperature 25°C. If a power supply is used, the set temperature can always be maintained.
What can I do to ensure optimal temperature control?
A: Our mobile temperature-controlled wine server is designed to maintain the ideal drinking temperature. It is recommended to remove the wine from the wine cellar or refrigerator, rather than from room temperature or high temperature environment. In addition, if you use our wine server outdoors When using the product, be sure to place it in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
Why does the temperature not reach the set temperature?
Answer: The room temperature, the diameter of the bottle, and the starting temperature of the wine are related. If the conditions are not ideal, it will take a long time (even 8 hours) to reach the set temperature.
What is the temperature setting range of the VIVANT mobile temperature-controlled wine server?

Why is it that after being fully charged but not used, I find that the battery is out of power when I want to use it after a while?
Answer: Because the battery will automatically discharge when left alone, if it is not used for more than 30 days, please fully charge the battery before use. It is recommended to charge it at least once every six months to ensure battery life.
What should I do if the battery is dead?
A: You can charge directly using the charging cable, or consider purchasing additional batteries as backup.
How long is the product warranty period?
