Neil Macleod-Top Private Chef
Neil Macleod is a chef at the top of the culinary world. He began his career in the United States, working in restaurants and hotels. He subsequently moved to Asia and became executive chef at some of the region's most prestigious hotels, including the Regent in Taipei, the Mandarin Oriental in Jakarta and the W Hotel in Taipei. Today, he is a professor at Hongguang University in Taipei and runs his own private dining venue, Black Pudding Suite .
